The company is founded by Sergio Otero – an International Finance Leader with strategic vision and tactical execution including extensive corporate finance / merger experience. Highly adept at integrating financial teams and systems while scaling processes and infrastructure. Excel at engaging with business owners, leadership and stakeholders to formulate business strategy and advise on growth, improving profits and cash strategies. Recognized talents in team building and leadership of large regional and global teams.

Sergio is an Industrial Engineer (Universidad de los Andes – 2008) and holds a Master degree in Finance (Universidad de los Andes – 2012) and Executive MBA (Hult International Business School – Boston 2020)
